Matt Lind, self-described Excel guru, has been with TI Health since the start. He joined in late 2016 and thoroughly enjoys his role as Sr. Director of Ad Operations. With 10 years of experience as a Director of Ad Ops (held at multiple companies), Matt & team are responsible for strategy, set up, optimizations, margin controls, and post-campaign insights for all accounts at TI Health—the stuff that keeps you up to midnight and working on holidays.
Matt dedicates time to creating automation systems to manage multiple platforms/reporting-systems/metrics in centralized UIs for effective management of 200+ monthly accounts. Efficiency of process-and-output are his bread-and-butter. Less people, more robots (because robots don’t cry)! Even so, Matt is one of the main points of connection between Ops & other human teams: Tech, Account Management, Finance, Data Integrations/Deliverables.
Matt has over 15 years total experience in Digital Ad Tech and Ad Operations. Matt has managed over 3,000 brands including most of the Fortune 500 companies and done so in multiple advertising arenas: Programmatic Display, Programmatic Video, Google AdWords, Third Party Search, Social, Email, and Site-Direct—buyside and pubside.
Matt currently lives in Denver, with his wife, and an overwhelming number of children (five), as well as other relatives, and enjoys snowboarding and all things related to Spider-Man.
