Serving as the Marketing Director at TI Health, Devin marries his medical education and industry experience in order to synthesize streamlined communication with leading pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, along with their respective agencies, around key solutions needed to further promote positive patient outcomes.

Prior to TI Health, Devin served as a media strategist at an established medical health publisher as well as a Client Experience and Growth Manager at Guidemark Health where he focused on business development, client service, and leading marketing & medical communications initiatives for leading pharmaceutical companies.

Devin graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in kinesiology and currently resides in the great state of New Jersey.

Shannon Stulgin is an accomplished leader in campaign analytics, client services & customer engagement. She bring 16 years of experience in marketing & advertising and has spent the last 7 years with TI Health, which includes a tenure at the former public parent pre acquisition.

Prior to TI, she worked for Titan Media before its sale to Intersection, GM Planworks & the Ritz-Carlton companies where she developed her unwavering commitment to customer service.

As the Director of Client Services at TI Health, Shannon oversees a team of five direct reports specializing in analytics, reporting & customer engagement. Shannon enjoys the fast pace of the dynamic & ever evolving field & is committed to keeping her team & customers utilizing the latest innovations.

Shannon was recently awarded the TI Health inaugural Impact Ambassador award for her positive and palpable impact to the organization as well as the community.

Shannon graduated from the University of Akron and lives with her husband and young daughter in Redondo Beach, CA.

Matt Lind, self-described Excel guru, has been with TI Health since the start. He joined in late 2016 and thoroughly enjoys his role as Sr. Director of Ad Operations. With 10 years of experience as a Director of Ad Ops (held at multiple companies), Matt & team are responsible for strategy, set up, optimizations, margin controls, and post-campaign insights for all accounts at TI Health—the stuff that keeps you up to midnight and working on holidays.

Matt dedicates time to creating automation systems to manage multiple platforms/reporting-systems/metrics in centralized UIs for effective management of 200+ monthly accounts. Efficiency of process-and-output are his bread-and-butter. Less people, more robots (because robots don’t cry)! Even so, Matt is one of the main points of connection between Ops & other human teams: Tech, Account Management, Finance, Data Integrations/Deliverables.

Matt has over 15 years total experience in Digital Ad Tech and Ad Operations. Matt has managed over 3,000 brands including most of the Fortune 500 companies and done so in multiple advertising arenas: Programmatic Display, Programmatic Video, Google AdWords, Third Party Search, Social, Email, and Site-Direct—buyside and pubside.

Matt currently lives in Denver, with his wife, and an overwhelming number of children (five), as well as other relatives, and enjoys snowboarding and all things related to Spider-Man.

Tom Wassel is currently Vice President of Commercial Effectiveness at TI Health.

Tom comes with a rich history of providing commercial analytics support to clients in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industry.

In addition to running his own analytics consulting firm for 15 years, Tom worked as an employee of Astra-Merck, Astra Pharmaceuticals and AstraZeneca and as a consultant to various companies, including Janssen, Endo and McNeil Consumer Products. Tom’s work also includes supporting various data-analytic vendors in the pharmaceutical industry, including IMS America (IQVIA), Surveillance Data Inc. (SDI) and AlphaImpactRx.

Tom’s analytical background includes a deep level of experience in business process analysis and design, analytical systems and product design, business analytics architecture, promotion response measurement and optimization, DTC TV analysis, digital response analytics and demand forecasting. He is also an active data scientist and statistical programmer utilizing SAS, Python, R and other analytics software tools.

Tom’s current interests focus on using analytics to improve digital communications with HCPs. It’s about “creating the fuel and intelligence for smart omni-channel marketing systems.”

In Alex’s role as Senior Vice President of Sales at TI Health, Alex Laymon leads a team of sales professionals with experience across the healthcare landscape. With a background selling digital solutions to pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, medical devices, OTC, pharmacies and more, Alex and team work to solve client challenges with TI Health’s industry-leading solutions.

Prior to joining TI Health in 2017 she worked at healthcare publisher Verywell and as Global Digital Sales Director for the Wall Street Journal, among other sales and sales leadership positions in the digital media space.

Alex attended Washington & Lee University in Lexington, VA where she graduated with a BA in Mass Communications and minors in Business Management and Studio Art. She and her family currently reside in New Jersey.

Dustin Suchter is an executive leader with a passion for innovation, ownership, and execution in technology and data driven businesses. Naturally curious, he loves building companies to take innovations and ideas from concept to reality with efficiency and predictability by using a careful blend of science, technology, and process solutions. He is self-described as “an engineer by blood.”

As President and CTO, Dustin brings over 25 years of data and technology experience to TI Health. He has led the invention of the patent-pending core products and technology of TI Health, driving outcomes through focus on novel but effective ways to optimize against key attributes in healthcare like messaging, context, and Points of Care.

Previously, Dustin served as the CTO of SRAX and was a key member of the leadership team that drove listing on NASDAQ in 2018. While with SRAX, together with Erin, he worked to relentlessly innovate new solutions set up for scale to serve the core vision. He and Erin drove the carve-out sale of the business in August of 2018 to co-found TI Health as a streamlined and vision-focused company. Dustin came to SRAX in 2014 after the acquisition of Five Delta, where he was the founding CEO.

Dustin graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics of Computation and spends his time in sunny Santa Monica, California with his wife, son, dog named Pancake, and frequent actual breakfast pancakes.
