Senior Security Engineer

TI Health is looking for a Senior Security Engineer to administer and safeguard the organization’s computer networks and systems. The Senior Security Engineer helps plan and carry out an organization’s information security strategy. They develop a set of security standards and best practices for the organization and recommend security enhancements to management as needed. The Senior Security Engineer is responsible for educating the workforce on security policies and procedures. The Senior Security Engineer executes the organization’s information security strategy. They also conduct penetration testing, to find any weaknesses that might be exploited by a malicious party. The Senior Security Engineer must constantly monitor the organization’s networks and systems for security breaches or intrusions. They install software that helps to notify them of intrusions and watch out for irregular system behavior. The Senior Security Engineer is the primary administrator of all internal systems hosted or controlled by the organization. This is a hands-on-keyboard role, reporting directly to the CTO.

 

Security Engineer Skills and Expertise:

  • Excellent language and communication skills, ability to communicate well with a distributed team using a combination of email, voice, instant message, and video chat tools
  • Consumer data or advertising technology experience is preferred
  • Familiarity administrating AWS and GCP
  • Development of information security plans and policies

Account Coordinator

This is your opportunity to join TI Health’s sales organization as an Account Coordinator. Account Coordinators support current sales reps in the field by managing the pre-sales process, including the preparation of program proposals in response to advertiser RFPS, highlighting customer strategy and KPIs, managing SalesForce data entry, and assisting in prospecting and pro-active account research.

This role requires an individual with marketing skills and excellent people person skills who will interact on a regular basis with media buyers and planners as well as key customers in the pharmaceutical and medical device verticals. Candidate should be creative, self-motivated, analytical, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, frequently on tight deadlines. Interest in digital and mobile ad sales and data-marketing is a plus.   You will collaborate with a group of experienced and extremely dedicated coworkers who are passionate about delivering measurable results for the client. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparation of pitch decks, market analysis, and customer prospecting.
  • Prepare RFP responses, PowerPoint presentations, in conjunction with assigned sales representatives.
  • Principal pre-sale liaison between sales, account management and operations teams.
  • Manage workflow around insertion orders and other campaign documentation.
  • Maintain Salesforce entries in conjunction with the sales representatives.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and agencies throughout the pre-sales phase.
  • Work with Account Managers and Sales to schedule calls and meetings and otherwise ensure that the pre-sale phase is efficient and productive.
  • Work with Account Management to prepare appropriate campaign wrap-up reporting to present to customers once campaigns have run in full.

Sales Director

Reporting to the Co-President and Chief Commercial Officer, the Sales Director will join a dynamic and seasoned New York based sales team to grow a new book of business. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to help develop new agency and client relationships for TI Health, selling our existing market-leading data driven marketing products to healthcare clients. Key customers include pharmaceutical manufacturers, medical device companies, hospitals and healthcare system and their respective advertising agencies. You will be helping change the way that digital and mobile marketing campaigns are sold, analyzed and optimized.

What You’ll Do

  •   Rapidly acquire a thorough understanding of TI Health’s competitive advantages, resources, and processes as well as TI Health’s digital and mobile product suite targeting Professionals and Consumers
  •   Create new client relationships with healthcare marketers and their digital agencies by pitching core capabilities, crafting proposals and RFP responses and closing new business
  •   Daily phone, email and face to face outreach to healthcare marketers and their digital agencies to inform of new product innovations, white papers, case studies or capabilities to further engage decision maker stakeholders
  •   Prospect for new customers utilizing existing relationships within the industry coupled with cold outreach to open accounts

What You’ve Done

  •   At least 3+ years of digital media sales experience selling digital media campaigns to advertising agency planning teams and/or client direct contracts through MSAs

Back-end Engineer

The Back-end Engineer is responsible for designing and maintaining ETL processes for source systems. The Back-end Engineer will use languages such as SQL and Python to aggregate source information, transform/standardize raw data, and load standardized information into production systems to drive digital marketing campaign execution. Data Analyst

The goal of the Data Analyst is to maximize the understanding of the elements which drive data quality, reporting accuracy, and campaign performance. Additionally, Data Analyst will design, develop, implement, and maintain automated monitoring systems to assess the quality of data associated with production databases and reports. The Data Analyst is responsible for understanding all aspects of TI Health reporting and campaign data to ensure successful monitoring of all processes which leverage TI Health data. The Data Analyst will work with the Engineering, Ad Operations, Account Management, and Data Science to communicate findings, insights of interest and isolate and resolve any reporting issues rapidly. 

The Data Analyst will work under limited supervision and will be responsible for executing escalation procedures to eliminate risks associated with data issues. Along with these responsibilities, you’ll need to analyze technical risk for the campaign, document tests, perform complex testing assignments, and investigate operational problems with other technical team members. The Data Analyst is equally happy talking about coding and data structures as they are helping non-technical stakeholders understand what is going on with the data driving TI Health’s products and servers. 

A Data Analyst with previous experience working with programmatic platforms, web analytics, and audience quality measurement within media and healthcare is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Director of Advertising Operations

TI Health is looking for a Director of Advertising Operations to lead all aspects of Ad Ops. This role is responsible for the effective execution of all campaigns ensuring they are executed timely and without errors. The Director of Advertising Operations is tasked with identifying, establishing, and implementing the best practices on advertising campaign set-up, optimization, measurement, and reporting. This role is accountable for performance (CTR, viewability, etc) for all campaigns, coaching the team on strategies and best practices for optimization. This role ensures effective communication and collaboration cross-functionally between Ad Ops, Sales, Account Management and multiple stakeholding internal teams. They drive senior-level client and vendor communication when technical questions need to be addressed. They are responsible for technical training and development of the Ad Ops team creating deep Ad Ops knowledge in every member of the Ad Ops team. The Director of Advertising Operations is the primary escalation resource for all advertising operation issues, working directly in systems to solve critical issues, and the existing team lead who will create streamlined processes to enable exceptional performance, QA and ROI for our customers.

Data Integration Manager

The Data Integration Manager is responsible for supporting data integrations between TI Health and external parties (excludes ad hoc or email-based transfers). Integrations include the transfer of data needed to execute marketing campaigns and reporting. Additionally, the Data Integration Manager will provide business analysis and technical support for all data integrations. Support activities include data mapping, system account setups (credentials, encryption keys, etc), requirements definition for automation by engineering staff, and issue resolution. The Data Integration Manager will be the first contact for external technical staff associated with data integrations, ensuring clear communication and rapid response. Lastly, the Data Integration Manager will be responsible for implementing systems to monitor data transfer activities and leverage those systems to ensure data is received by external parties and delivered to external parties within the defined SLAs.
